Some people don't like competition because it makes them work harder, better.

Decide if you are a Starter...
...or a Creator
The StarterMatch Competition Process
1. A Starter has an idea, and creates a competition, placing the prize money in escrow with StarterMatch.
2. Multiple Creators view the competition details, and if it's a good fit, they can enter for their chance to compete.
3. The Starter reviews the entrants details and history, and selects those most likely to do the best job.
4. The Starter and selected Creators can then chat back and forth for any further details, before and during the competition.
5. The Creators then get on with doing what they do best, turning the big idea into a reality. Once the competition period is over, the Creators submit their products for judging.
6. The Creators will view each submission and choose a winner.
7. When the winner sends all final deliverables (eg. source code) to the Creators, StarterMatch will then transfer the prize money directly to the winner.
